Consumer Relations Associate [Full Time, Maternity Leave Replacment]

Customer Service Representative - 1 year Maternity Leave Replacement

General Purpose

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat;

Respond promptly to customer inquiries;

Handle and resolve customer complaints;

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries;

Process orders, forms, and requests;

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints;

Record details of actions taken;

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or better;

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;

Proficiency of relevant computer applications;

Previous experience in a Call Center environment.

Bilingual with English Fluency;

Spanish is an asset;

Interpersonal skills;

Communication skills - verbal and written;

Problem analysis and problem-solving;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Data collection and ordering;

Initiative;

Autonomous;

Stress tolerance.

Status: 1 full-time position – Replacement of a maternity leave for 1 year.

Schedule: Monday to Friday , 9:30AM to 6PM
