Requirements


  1. Journeyperson certification OR registered apprentice at a 3rd or 4th-year level
  2. Commercial HVAC experience in mechanical service, specifically preventive maintenance
  3. Knowledge about safe operating procedures such as FLHAs (field level hazard assessments)
  4. Knowledge about heating and cooling equipment, controls, wiring, boilers, and building management systems (BMS)
  5. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment
  6. Clean driving record
