Project Coordinator – Audio-Visual Installation – 6 Month Contract

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Audio-Visual Installations team. This position reports to the Director, Project Management.
This position is a 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension/ permanency.
If you are an organized team player, we need you
Planning and implementation of all service and installation projects
- Plan work with subcontractors or in-house technicians, follow up on equipment orders and other requirements.
- Monitor progress of service and installation projects
- Direct and provide support to subcontractors
- Present reports defining progress, problems and solutions for installations
- Track installation projects through to invoicing
- Implement a quality assurance procedure for all service and installation projects
- Search for new subcontractors and negotiate prices
- Work closely with the sales and operations team
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of and/or involvement in audio/visual installation (an asset)
- Bilingual (English/French), strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and implement tasks
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to multi-task
