Director of Development and Marketing

In this high-impact role as Director of Development and Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our clients diverse and ambitious development projects. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Development, you will lead from the front in project management, financial oversight, and development practices. Your strategic vision will be crucial in steering our expansion into new markets, and your hands-on approach will ensure the highest standards of execution and compliance.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is not just a leader but a visionary. Someone who is solutions-oriented, can navigate complex challenges with intuition and flexibility, and can seamlessly integrate into our culture of collaboration. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be a key asset in fostering innovation within our team.

Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our success. We require a minimum of 8 years' experience in real estate development, with proven skills in managing large-scale projects from site identification to construction completion. Your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and your proficiency in modern project management tools will be essential. If you have a track record of delivering projects efficiently, a deep understanding of construction methods, and a knack for sustainable development practices, you are the candidate we are looking for.
