Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

AACI Designation

Lethbridge, AB

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate Comprehensive and Concise real estate appraisals for all types of properties inclusive, but not limited to, commercial, industrial, multi-family, going-concern valuations, farm, acreages, etc.
  • Collaborate with a team of appraisers and communicate with other departments and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and attend continuing-education courses as required.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections across Southern Alberta.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) Designation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate appraisals.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
  • Membership in good standing with the AIC (Appraisal Institute of Canada).
