Lead Generation Specialist

ABM College is looking for Lead Generation Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving organic traffic through SEO Strategies and managing paid advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that align with our college objectives.

Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Generate lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and conversions while working within the designated spend budget.
  • Optimize content for lead generation, conversion, and student engagement using data-driven insights and analytics tools.
  • Regularly conduct thorough Keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, and SEMrush to support the generation of a robust marketing pipeline and efficiently track and scale marketing funnel objectives.
  • Stay updated on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Conduct and meet monthly keyword targeting quotas.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive demand and generate leads to support new student acquisition targets.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for various channels, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, webinars, and website copy.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform content strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging multimedia content like videos, infographics, and interactive tools to support the customer journey.
  • Measure, analyze, optimize, and report on content and platform performance.
  • Coordinate online and offline events, including webinars, podcasts, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in healthcare and digital marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, including experience in Lead Generation/Lifecycle Marketing roles, preferably within private college or higher education industry.
  • Proven track record of success in executing scalable marketing strategies that drive demand generation.
  • Background in both digital and traditional marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing private college in Canada.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to execute against OKRs and multiple high-priority projects.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in use of analytics tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Hands-on experience working in social platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office 365 and project management tools
  • Experience coordinating online and offline events, including webinars, podcasts, and trade shows.
