Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill aposition of a Lot Manager.

· Developand implement policies for the lot

· Supervise,train and evaluate subordinate employees

· Issueand submit periodic lot reports to the higher management

· Deviseand recommend ways to enhance the effectiveness of parking procedures to ensuremaximum customer satisfaction

· Inspectthe lot physically and ensure proper physical conditions are available forparking

· Conductminor maintenance of lot equipment

· Promoteand demonstrate high standards of customer service

· Organizetraining sessions for development and grooming of the team

· Assignduties to the lot employees and evaluate their performance

· Overseethe cleanliness of the lot to facilitate smooth drive in and drive out

· Thisposition will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

All successfulapplicants must possess the following qualities:

· Beextremely organized

· Beself-motivated

· Abilityto work independently and as a team

· Beable to work effectively against deadlines

· Possessa valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual andautomatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract(ICBC driver’s record) for review

· Abilityto operate assigned equipment
