Job Title: Change Delivery LeadLocation: Remote, flexible time zoneContract Length: 10 months + likely extensionsDay to day:Insight Global is looking for a Change Delivery Lead to join an industry leading performance apparel and wellness company. This person will support the delivery of a multi year transformational program tied to compliance and their job architecting framework. Using the companies change methodology, this person will develop and implement comprehensive and tailored change management strategies to help identify change impacts, assess readiness and develop change and learning tactics to support global adoption. This person will partner cross functionally with Project Managers, Program Managers and Business analyst. The chosen candidate will be flexible to adapt to the ever changing work environment and have excellent communications skills.Must Haves: 5-7 years of change management experience & 3+ years with HRIS systems Experience creating and delivering against change, communications and training plans Fluency with ADKAR or PROSCI methodologies Expert communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation Must be able to communicate technical and change management concepts in business-oriented terms
