As a Customer Loyalty & Sales Advisor , you'll be the initial point of contact for our Individual Plan Members, offering personalized solutions to meet their health insurance needs. Resolve issues and cancellation requests by educating members on the value of upgrading their health insurance, helping them make informed decisions.
A passion for helping people and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and retention.
Sales skills to effectively influence buying decisions and retain accounts.
You're clear, concise, and friendly, whether on the phone or by email.
You can multitask and navigate multiple software platforms seamlessly.
LLQP (Life, Accident & Sickness License) within 6 months of hire (Medavie will cover the cost of the accredited education provider, course, and exams).
Experience in Sales and/or Retention in the insurance or healthcare industry is an asset (1-2 years preferred).
Bilingual (French/English) is required.
Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, or equivalent is preferred.
