Description de Poste

1.0 Objectif

La description de poste définit les responsabilités et les qualifications nécessaires pour exercer les responsabilités et les fonctions d'un Spécialiste de l'Assurance de Livraison chez Kelly Services.

2.0 Portée

La portée de ce poste englobera les responsabilités de tous les employés à temps plein de Kelly Services travaillant en tant que Spécialiste de l'Assurance de Livraison.

3.0 Responsabilités

Responsabilités générales du poste:

Domaine d'expertise : Exécution de toutes les tâches impliquées dans l'expédition, la réquisition et le stockage de matériaux, fournitures et équipements vers et depuis l'entrepôt. Peut inclure la coordination du flux de matériel au sein d'une organisation de fabrication.

Niveau de responsabilité:

  • Responsable de projets entiers avec une portée et une complexité significative
  • Contribue au département ou à l'unité commerciale en appliquant ses connaissances avancées d'un ou plusieurs domaines fonctionnels
  • Peut développer et encadrer d'autres personnes
  • Possède une expertise qui s'étend sur plusieurs disciplines

Responsabilités spécifiques du poste:

Assurer le flux des pièces vers les clients internes et externes pour des programmes de moteurs spécifiques. Gérer les priorités internes à l'Inspection, l'Ingénierie et la Qualité. Connaissance générale du Centre Logistique, du Campus et du Centre de Moteurs. Connaissance des logiciels de chaîne d'approvisionnement : transactions SAP (MD04, QM03, MB51, ZC13,..) XRM - Spécifications du calendrier quotidien de Microsoft Office. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'IMF et les CSR du service client. Connaissance du marché secondaire et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement un atout. Arrivée anticipée ; soutien en soirée et le week-end pour les fins de mois et de trimestre.

4.0 Qualifications

Doit être capable de prioriser la charge de travail et de respecter les délais dans un environnement de travail rapide.

  • Doit être très organisé et capable de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
  • Maîtrise de l'informatique dans la suite Microsoft Office requise.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel requises, doit être capable de manipuler des données et de fournir des services de rapport.
  • Expérience SAP fortement préférée

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme de licence avec 6 à 10 ans d'expérience
  • Diplôme de master avec 4 à 7 ans d'expérience

Domaine d'étude : Génie aérospatial, Ingénierie, Gestion des opérations, Achats, Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

5.0 Environnement de travail

5 jours par semaine au bureau (temps plein sur site)

6.0 Sécurité

1.0 Purpose

2.0

The scope of this position will encompass the responsibilities of all Full Time Kelly Services employees working as a Delivery Assurance Specialist.

3.0 Responsibilities

General responsibilities of the position:

Area of Expertise: Performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of

materials, supplies, and equipment into and from warehouse. May include the coordination of

material flow within a manufacturing organization. Level of Responsibility: · Responsible for entire

projects with significant scope and complexity · Contributes to the department or business unit by

applying their advanced knowledge of one or more functional areas · May develop and coach

others · Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines

Specific responsibilities of position:

Ensure flow of parts to Internal and External Customers for specific Engine Programs. Manage

internal priorities at Inspection, Engineering and Quality. General Knowledge of the Logistic

Center, Campus, and Engine Center. Supply Chain Software knowledge: SAP transactions (MD04,

QM03, MB51, ZC13, ....) XRM - Microsoft Office Daily Schedule specifications. Work closely with

IMF and Customer Service CSRs. Aftermarket & Supply Chain knowledge an asset. Early arrival;

evening and weekend support for month & quarter ends.

4.0 Qualifications

• Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must be highly organized and able to work independently.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

  • High level Excel skills required, must be able to manipulate data and perform report out services.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred

Qualifications required:

· Bachelor's degree with 6 to 10 years' experience

· master's degree with 4 to 7 years' experience

Field of study: Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Operations Management, Purchasing, Supply

Chain Management

5.0 Work Environment

• 5 times a week into the office (Full Time on site)
