Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME.
  2. Responsible for application design and development from inception through production.
  3. Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using the Salesforce.com products and best practices for development agility, performance, and security.
  4. Design, configure, code, and architect large scale Salesforce.com solutions and deliver required outcomes in complex settings.
  5. Work closely with the internal teams to understand current needs, identify the desired process models, and solution architecture.
  6. Coach and mentor junior developers and other team members.
  7. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.
  8. Lead, facilitate, and provide technical expertise and advice for the integration of the provincial digital solutions.
  9. Contribute to architectural project plans, obtain approval for detailed plans and resource estimates.
  10. Assist change initiatives in planning for technical architecture-related activities.
Must Have:
  1. 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce technical architect (sales and service clouds) in a lead role making decisions at the enterprise level for Salesforce, data & integration architecture.
  2. 10+ years' experience as a Salesforce technical lead & developer on sales, community & lightning.
  3. 5+ years' experience defining the enterprise integration, microservices strategy integrating Salesforce with on-prem and legacy systems.
  4. Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  5. Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.
  2. Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1.
