Employment via temporary work agency

Qualifications:
- Student or completed degree studies;
- Good command of English;

- French - nice to have;
- Experience in finance/accountancy will be an asset (ex. Internship);
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned;
- Process orientation and attention to details;
- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines;
- Eagerness to learn & develop.

Responsibilities:

- managing customer accounts (accounts receivable);
- daily cash forecast;
- cash application;
- working with customer documentation;
- customer aging;

- managing order release process;

- back up for team members;

- other administrative & ad hoc tasks assigned by Local Team and/or Team Leader.
