Our Federal Government Client is looking for a Senior Service Designer for an IT Modernization Project. This person will support and lead the service design for the safety and security team.
Overview of Contract:
Client: Federal Government Department
Project: IT Modernization Project
Role: Senior Service Designer
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months (but likelihood to go for a year)
Location of Work: Hybrid (Ottawa, Ontario)
Language: English
Security Clearance: Reliability Level Clearance (or higher) must be in hand.

Responsibilities
In this role, the resource will be responsible for:
Overseeing, managing and participating in the Service Design for Safety and Security Processes and the digitization and automation of these processes through the implementation and integration of the new portal.
The role will be focused on ensuring that end-user satisfaction is achieved through facilitating the upgrade of these service lines within the portal.

Qualifications
Experience developing Journey Maps and Personas
Experience working on projects where End-User Satisfaction is the biggest / main objective
