Main functions:
Management and performance evaluation of a Java software development team;
Contribution to the development of a roadmap and planning of software releases;
Support the team in defining the product backlog;
Review, definition and approval of the product's software technical specifications with the product management team;
Tight control of upstream quality;
Interaction and coordination of software releases with other teams (embedded systems, validation, products, support);
Contribution to the architecture and support to the architecture team;
Assist customer support teams;
Review and contribution to test plans defined by the test teams;
Write and revise technical specifications with developers;
Report on the progress and quality of the product under development.
Supervise the design, prototyping, publication, deployment and support of products
Management of team deadlines and budget

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Agile software team management;
Experience with release planning and continuous integration of Java application platforms;
Concern for product quality and meeting deadlines;
Relevant experience in Java development on Unix and Windows;
Knowledge of best practices and code management tools such as subversion, GIT, Maven, Artifactory;
Knowledge of XML, Spring, Hibernate. Database: SQL Server, Oracle;
Good knowledge of IT security and issues related to software vulnerabilities;
Excellent command of French and English (essential), both verbally and in writing.;

Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer engineering;
