Project Manager (Workday - Payroll)Job Type: Contract, 6 months contract to startPrimary Location: Remote (occasional travel) -Toronto, OntarioWe are currently looking for a Project Manager (Workday - Payroll) to support our client partner in non-profit sector.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.Lead and coordinate project teams, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and support to team members.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project stays within budgetary constraints. This may involve forecasting costs, approving expenditures, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder requirements.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that any modifications are properly documented, evaluated, and approved.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare comprehensive reports for project review and evaluationMust HaveMust have strong Workday Project Management experience.Experience with Payroll modulesExcellent communication Skills.Not for you?Check out our other opportunities at or follow us on LinkedIn.
