IT Trainer

Would you like to take part in a digital transformation that's already well under way? We're looking for an IT trainer who can easily capture the attention of any audience when presenting a procedure or system. This person, with a sharp sense of initiative and an insatiable thirst for learning, accompanies our teams across Canada in the appropriation and mastery of our technological tools, particularly around Microsoft 365 and the Office suite. Every day, he or she is called upon to train, popularize, animate, communicate and simplify technical information, always with the success of his or her colleagues at heart.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Assess and define technology training needs and recommend the delivery modes best suited to the operational context.

● Design and lead multi-platform training sessions, including writing simple and effective user guides and references.

● Promote available tools and continuously improve the employee experience, in collaboration with the "Teams and Culture" department.

● Contribute actively to change management associated with IT projects and stimulate team participation in various training activities.

● Develop e-learning capsules including narration recording (English and French) and integration into our training platform (LMS).

● Advise the various departments on good training practices and assist the IT support team in resolving certain requests for assistance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

● Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, educational technology or other related field, an asset.

● Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience

● Solid knowledge of pedagogical and andragogical methodologies/strategies.

● Excellent understanding of the MS 365 ecosystem and ability/willingness to quickly appropriate new digital tools and environment

● Ability to popularize and effectively communicate technological information

● Availability for occasional travel

● Language: proficiency in French and English at an advanced level, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers.
