How you will be Successful · Manage and oversee the company's accounting and FPA functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.· Partner with brokerage operations to provide financial insights and support decision-making.· Lead the development and implementation of financial models and analysis to support business strategies and operational initiatives.· Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making.· Develop and maintain financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with the CFO and other senior leaders.· Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.· Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.· Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes to support the company's growth and scalability.· Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.Education, Experience, and Qualifications· Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance · Professional Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA)· 8+ years of experience of accounting experience within the Insurance industry· Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)· Experience using EPIC is preferredWhat we can OfferPLATFORM offers competitive salaries and benefit plans.
