TEMPORARY CONTRACT (2-4 Month)

Job Description: A Site Coordinator plays an essential role in the delivery of the highest quality racking installations to our customers. They will work closely with the Speedrack Project Management Team to assure Speedrack Projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and on budget. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, learn quickly, and possess high initiative and critical problem-solving skills. The Site Coordinators main responsibilities include inventory management, build progress tracking, assuring installation schedule, and reporting issues as they arise to the project team. They will be responsible for checking in trucks of material as they arrive and keeping track of parts onsite. Site Coordinators will submit a Daily Log which details the events of each day onsite including a progress report. It is often necessary to provide pictures which include precise tape measurements and clear descriptions to the remote engineering team in order to resolve installation questions; The Site Coordinator must be comfortable capturing and sending pictures with reports that thoroughly illustrate the scope of an issue. The job will require strong social/ communication skills; The Site Coordinator is the primary Speedrack point of contact onsite and will often need to liaise with other trades. A Site Coordinator will attend site meetings and conference calls throughout the week and must maintain a professional presence at all times. When working in any live-construction setting, one must maintain a level head and high situational awareness. In this fast-paced environment, adherence to proper channels of communication is of paramount importance.

Lodging, Travel, and Per Diem will be provided via weekly expense reimbursement for the duration of the contract. The contract may be extended at Speedrack's discretion if the project runs long.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
