Position: Application/Solution Architect – DevOps Engineer (Level 3)
Duration: 24 months (480 working days)
Start Date: June 3, 2024
End Date: May 29, 2026
Location: Onsite, with potential remote work at client's request
The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.
Relevant Experience Requirements:
- A University degree in Computer Science or similar disciplines is preferred, however an equivalent of education and experience may be considered.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of IM/IT experience.
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience with enterprise DevOps architecture/processes.
- A minimum of six (6) years’ experience in software/application release management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using Copado to support multiple Salesforce projects. 8 years +
- Experience in infrastructure planning with a focus on enterprise projects, systems, and/or platforms. 8 years +
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work teams and liaising with the various stakeholders (vendors, infrastructure, development teams, business teams, etc.) 8 years +
- Experience in enterprise application configuration management, including best practices in branching strategies, version control, release management, and code promotion in Salesforce projects. 8 years +
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting deployment issues, ensuring smooth and successful deployments across environments, and to provide deployment metrics. 8 years +
- Experience applying Systems Development Life Cycle knowledge including methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Agile. 8 years +
- Experience with release management software tools, Copado, Azure DevOps, and development tools such as VS Code, Force.com IDE, and Salesforce CLI. Copado Certified Administrator or Copado Certified Developer certification would be an asset. 8 years +
- Experience with monitoring Salesforce environments for performance, security, and compliance. 8 years +
- Experience in documenting processes, procedures, and configurations related to Copado and Salesforce DevOps. 8 years +
