Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Brampton, ON. As a Store Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include managing the store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, coordinating inventory management, and overseeing the training and development of store staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Bilingualism is an asset
