The Role: As a Senior Project Architect, you'll lead the charge in designing cutting-edge public, P3 and institutional facilities that prioritize user comfort, operational efficiency, and aesthetic brilliance. Reporting directly to one of the esteemed Partners, you'll embark on a journey of progressive responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you every step of the way.
Your Mission
- Visionary Design: Collaborate with clients to craft the vision for new construction projects, from initial concept to final execution.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor in-house production teams to deliver exceptional results, including master planning, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
- Innovative Execution: Drive the conceptualization and design of commercial and institutional buildings and alterations, ensuring seamless integration of spatial planning, form, function, and aesthetics.
- Communication Excellence: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and construction teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
- Sector Leadership: Champion the commercial and institutional sectors within the firm, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction.
- Business Development: Play a pivotal role in client care and business development efforts, showcasing our expertise and winning new projects through compelling proposals and presentations.
- 8+ years of experience in Architectural Design and project management, particularly within the public, P3 and institutional sectors.
- OAA Registration
- A creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional design norms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams to achieve greatness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
