Your role:

  • Manage initiatives to evolve sales practices, employee development, and the change management practice for the Commercial sector.
  • Contribute as a Commercial integrator to the realization of various large-scale projects in collaboration with your colleagues; take ownership of the content of deployed initiatives to facilitate understanding and adoption in the field.
  • Participate in communication strategies aimed at the sales force.
  • Influence internal partners regarding deployment and adoption strategies, both on the headquarter side and the sales force.
  • Involve appropriate teams regarding needs identified in the field (technological, skills development, etc.) and manage expectations and various stakeholders in this context.

Your team:

You report to the Senior Manager - Commercial Banking Sales Effectiveness. The team holds a prominent place within the Commercial banking family. Well established transversally within the organization, the team and its leader have the opportunity to positively impact all sectors of the Bank.

We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including on-the-job learning, training content available to you, and collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the field and seven years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales and business development in the Commercial sector, particularly at the commercial banking center level.
  • Good knowledge of Commercial financing, deposits, and cash management products.
  • Experience in change management and project management is desirable.
  • Good understanding of the evolving challenges/issues in the Commercial banking sector.
  • Demonstrated political acumen and influence in a context of transformation and cultural evolution.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in strategic communication and writing.
  • Autonomy and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
