JOB MISSION:
We are looking for talented and experienced Senior Solution Architects to join our team and lead the development and implementation of instant payment solutions in North America. In this role, the candidates will work closely with our Brazilian teams, leveraging technical expertise in Java, React, Oracle MySQL, Kubernetes, and Kafka to design and deliver state-of-the-art solutions. This role requires the candidates to become solutions matter expert for our current and developing ledger and QR solutions.
You will work in a senior team, experienced in high scalability, security, and high-performance product construction projects. Its team is highly committed, with a great sense of teamwork, cooperation, and autonomy.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect, ideally with a background in financial technology.
- Strong expertise in Java, React, Oracle MySQL, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Brazil for project coordination and team collaboration.
- Native English fluency required.
- Experience designing solutions for payment systems and ledger technologies is a plus.
