Job Description

As the Email Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura's success by creating and disseminating consistent email strategies based on performance driven results. As a part of the Email Marketing Team, the Coordinator must work closely within a cross-functional team, championing project/time management, workflow and communication.

How will you support the team?

  • Assist in developing, planning and executing email content strategies and marketing campaigns measured against performance driven metrics.
  • Build and setup email marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams for copy, design, and integration.
  • Implement A/B test plan to measure and optimize campaigns to maximize the performance.
  • Provide360-degree lens to marketing projects guiding alignment across online and offline initiatives, ensuring brand adherence and consistent tone of voice and image across all touch points.
  • Create email briefs for design, copy and integration teams.
  • Buildclose relationship with internal stakeholders to align with product pushes and smooth project process.
  • Assistwith the email calendar planning by bringing forward benchmark ideas and contributeto the plan.
  • Briefemail A/B tests and communicateresults to the team.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (sends, open rates, CTOR, revenue).
  • Support team members in compiling the weekly reports for continuous email optimization.
  • Stayup to date with evolving technologies and trends for email marketing best practices.
Qualifications

The people who thrive with us have:

  • 1-3yearsof experience in email marketing, and communications
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Retail experience is an asset
  • Experience working with an email deployment platform (Bloomreach) is an asset.
  • Passion for fashion
  • Proficiency in French and English (Written and Spoken in order to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners.)
