We're looking for an R&D Project Manager, reporting to the Accessories Development Engineering Manager, to help us create and bring to market innovative products for recreational vehicles. In this role, you will have a major impact on supporting our vision to provide an unparalleled customer experience and drive organizational growth. In addition, you will be at the forefront of setting the objectives and directions for accessory development for each of BRP's product lines. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Supervise a team of product engineers and design technicians in the development of new products or the support of existing products. Manage all development activities for your projects, including presentations to the executive committee, operating and capitalization budgets, and development schedules. Define product direction in collaboration with product strategy, design, procurement and quality assurance teams. Influence the integration of accessories on current and future vehicles by working with the vehicle group. Identify risks and opportunities that could influence the performance, reliability, functions, cost and quality of accessories. YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in product development and management of multiple projects Fluency in English and French to collaborate with our international partners Leadership, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; Good communication skills, ability to listen to others and excellent teamwork; Creativity, ability to innovate and come up with innovative solutions.
