Team members are expected to demonstrate an eagerness to learn about the existing platform as well as new technologies to support multiple genai business usecases. The business we support evolves very quickly as does the technology we use therefore it is important that new team members embrace change and show a willingness to learn.2. Interact with business analysts and learn about research products and processes.3. Work in an open environment where everyone can express their views and make a significant contribution.4. Work on parts of the platform that is used to author and publish research contentSkills Required:Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring bootMicro-services, API GatewayAuthentication - OAuth2 & mTLSWeb service developmentUnit testing, Test Driven DevelopmentXMLMulti-tier web or desktop application development experienceWorking experience in NoSQL databaseApplication containers - DockerDesirable:LLMsPrompt EngineeringKubernetes & Service MeshMongodbUNIX experience/Shell scriptingExperience of working within the banking industry.Experience with Content Management SystemsStrong problem solving skillsEffective communication skills verbal & writtenWorking experience with agile development methodology and in scrum ceremoniesKnowledge of web containers and serversTools: Eclipse IDE/IntelliJ, GIT, JiraExperience in DevOps
