Retail Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven, Retail Team Lead to join our growing Retail Marketing Team. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, coaching, and leadership skills to inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve lead generation goals. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive success and results in your team by living the Renewal by Andersen methodology and core values.
  2. Set clear team goals and KPIs.
  3. Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
  4. Complete weekly field observations and report on metrics to Non-Traditional Management team and Brand Ambassadors.
  5. Participate in the interviewing and onboarding process of your team.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Partners.
  7. Identify training needs and provide in-field coaching.
  8. Partner with Training Supervisor to address additional training needs.
  9. Seek feedback from team and Retail Partners and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  10. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
  11. Attend weekly leadership meetings.
  12. Lead weekly debrief meetings with team.
  13. Visit assigned retail locations weekly.

Qualifications And Requirements:

  1. Work Schedule is Thursday – Monday.
  2. 2 years experience in a scripted sales environment.
  3. Must have a valid driver license with clean driving records.
  4. University diploma or equivalent.
  5. Comfortable tracking and achieving growth goals.
  6. Great time management/self-starter.
  7. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
  9. Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment.
  10. Basic math and computer skills.

Compensation And Benefits Package:

  1. $21/hour + Monthly Bonus.
  2. $100 Monthly Cell Phone Allowance.

Job Type: Full-time Thursday- Monday 9am-5pm/10am-6pm.
