*Resolution Staffing Inc. *Northumberland's Premier Staffing Service, is looking for Full Time, Permanent Extruder/ Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Northumberland area.

*Responsibilities:*
* Monitor mixer and extruder controls
* Setting barrel, die-screw cooling temps for maximum quality run
* Cleaning mixer and extruder before use
* Extruding product
* Weighing and packaging product
* Keeping proper records and data sheets
* Continuous standing/climbing stairs while running extruder
* Performing minor maintenance
* Operating a forklift to transfer product from production area to warehouse
* Maintaining a clean work area
*Requirements:*
* High School Diploma
* Forklift certification
* Experience working in a production environment; experience in a chemical or plastic manufacturing would be preferred
* Basic computer experience
* Basic mathematical skills
* Able to identify colours
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to follow instructions and be very detailed oriented
* Must be able to work a weekly rotating continental shift schedule
* Team player
* Clear criminal background check
