We are looking for an Industrial Engineer Intern based in Bolton, Ontario. This internship will run from May 20, 2024 - August 2, 2024 and is open to Undergrad or Grad students.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Apply industrial engineering principles to automate yard processes. Implement enhancements such as truck ticketing and video surveillance systems. Analyze data from IoT devices and advanced recording systems. Collaborate in cross-functional teams to align industrial engineering solutions with software enhancements in yard and stock management.

What You Need To Succeed:

  1. Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Masters or Undergrad degree in Engineering or related field
  2. Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May 20, 2024 - August 2, 2024
  3. Interest or experience in IoT devices and data analysis
  4. Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  5. Eagerness to contribute to strategy development in operational and customer service synchronization
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  8. Experience in automation processes and industrial engineering
  9. Prior involvement in projects focusing on operational efficiency and innovation
