We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warranty Technician to join our team and ensure the satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

Position Summary: The Warranty Technician will be responsible for addressing and resolving warranty-related issues for our high-rise residential properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, particularly in high-rise buildings, and possess a thorough understanding of building systems and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of high-rise residential units to identify warranty issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot defects or issues in various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishes.
  • Perform necessary repairs and coordinate with subcontractors when specialized skills are required.
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty requests, inspections, and repairs performed.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on repair status.
  • Ensure all warranty work complies with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the construction and project management teams to address recurring issues and improve construction practices.
  • Provide input on design and construction improvements based on warranty findings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in high-rise buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
