THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our Accounting, Finance and Supply Change Management groups. Working with our Information Technology team, this position reports to the Manager, Enterprise Business Systems and requires an organized, detail oriented and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. The role provides the opportunity to work alongside team members with extensive and diverse experience within the Information Technology field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support core applications in Accounting, Finance and Supply Change Management for Enverus, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba applications
- Support complex integrations of contracts, purchase orders, blanket purchase orders from SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba to/from Enverus
- Supporting auditor information requests (ITGC, ITAC in support of our Internal Control over Financial Reporting)
- Work with internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and the business creating efficiencies
- Support implementations and upgrades of technical applications and processes
- Effect change management including analysis of business requirements, documentation, training, and troubleshooting in respect of department applications and processes
- Lead vendor/end user meetings to facilitate new software implementations, enhancements, patches, and upgrades
- Identify reporting opportunities based on business requirements and share opportunities with the Business Intelligence initiative
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
- A minimum of 10 years of related business systems experience supporting Accounting, Finance and Supply Change Management applications and processes
- Experience with OpenInvoice/OpenTicket, OpenOrder, OpenContract, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba
- Strong understanding of the procurement and supply chain business processes
- Understanding of SAP S/4 CDS Views and ABAP programming considered an asset
- Experience with software testing and project management, and able to work through complex issues
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Spotfire, and Visio are considered an asset
