Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Project Managers and Healthcare Leaders and organizations who develop,oversee, and implement optimal patientcare and handleall required needs and requests for each department to improve patient and healthcare delivery processes.
  • Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with several specializedproject management teams leading and implementing clinical and recruitment process improvements.
  • Managing expectations of achievable deliverables for each project management group and ensuring resources are available for each specialized area.
  • Managing changes to healthcare and recruitment and retentionservices.
  • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies in healthcare.
  • Partner with regulatory colleges and other organizations to increase training and learning opportunities to meet licensing requirements.
  • Handling confidential patient information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Leadership or related field
  • 10 years of experience as a ProgramManager coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role in human resources
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or Organizational Management managingrecruitment and retention strategies.
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex projects in government or other complex sectors.
  • 7 years of experience managing large enterprise wide organizational and strategic design projects requiring experience working with executive leaders and government stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience leading teams through organizational human resources changes.
  • 3 years of experience working on projects where labour unions are key stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience working on projects where Indigenous / First Nations communities were project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and team-building skills.
