Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Urban Planning Graduate, with a specialization in Urban Design, to join our team at IBI Group. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating vibrant community master plans, with a solid understanding of planning best practices and innovative urban design techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop community master plans rooted in innovative urban design
  • Engage with local communities through effective public consultation using technology-based approaches
  • Contribute to projects related to streetscape master planning, public realm design, transit-oriented development, and block and site planning
  • Deliver high-quality urban design solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning with a specialization in Urban Design
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in urban planning and design
  • Solid understanding of planning best practices and innovative urban design techniques
  • Experience with community master planning, streetscape master planning, public realm design, transit-oriented development, and block and site planning
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in effective public consultation and community engagement
