*\*\*The Job: Automotive Technician\*\**

We're hiring for an Automotive Technician at Spring Honda.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance services on customer vehicles, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and testing tools.
* Perform engine repairs, transmission repairs, and other complex repairs as needed.
* Communicate with service advisors to explain vehicle issues and repairs needed, as well as provide estimates and recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
* Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance services performed on vehicles.

*Qualifications:*
* Previous Honda experience an asset but not required
* Completion of an automotive training program or equivalent work experience
* Automotive Apprentice 2-4 year or Red Seal Journeyman/Journeywoman
* Driver's License
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, as well as experience with diagnostic equipment and tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
