Job summary
Reporting to the Regional Manager of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Facilitate, support, and enable the adoption of RPM throughout Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services Provide leadership, strategic planning, and tactical advice on advancing the RPM program
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Facilitate clinician adoption and optimization of the Remote Patient Monitoring Program • Identify, design, develop, and implement education & training and additional interventions • Communication to various stakeholder audiences through multiple media venues • Education of various stakeholders regarding the RPM program and vision for the future • Implementation of training programs with appropriate staff • Partner with other RHAs and external stakeholders to identify and leverage best practices • Evaluation of change management initiatives to support virtual care adoption • Assessment of clinical workflows and developing appropriate implementation strategies • Creation and implementation of project action plans • Establish and maintain relationships with directors, functional managers, and professional groups & associations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and current registration with the related professional association • Minimum of five (5) years' experience within the last seven (7) as a clinical professional • Experience in designing and implementing change programs within a multi-stakeholder professional environment • Knowledge of key change management processes • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to travel throughout the region
