DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all duties necessary to support the techical team. The Operations Associate is an important role to ensure our success of our operations in house and in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service and maintain customer equipment;
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
  • Install machines at customer locations;
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
  • Receive, bench and prepare equipment for installation
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment installs with technicians and the sales team
  • Maintain equipment inventory and support with parts supply

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.
