Our team has an immediate permanent opening for an Engineering Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Insight the web engine and web app framework tech trend.
  • Identify the key technologies, and lead team to research and implement PoCs.
  • Lead Canada research team to collaborate with the engineering team for production.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Good communications and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills to build coherence in software development teams.
  • Leadership skills to create and communicate architecture vision and targets.
  • Deep and wide technologies in Web area, especially for web engine/core, front end framework architecture, Web performance, Web standards,etc.
  • Experienced in development of one of popular web engines, e.g. Blink/V8/Webkit, etc.
  • Experienced in the new Web technologies, like WASM, WebXR, etc.
  • Experienced in architecture of framework, like Angular, React, Vue, etc.
  • Software production experience in CE device is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Android or iOS is an asset.
