Clinical counsellor – Psychologists, Social workers, Psychotherapists, Sexologists, or Psychoeducators

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Permanent position – In person

Full-time or part-time

We have multiple clinical offices available in the province of Quebec. Here are the cities where we currently have needs: Montreal, Granby, Longueuil ou St-Hyacinthe.

What does the position entail?

  • Conducting short-term interventions with the EAP clientele (between 3 and 6 sessions per client);
  • Varied workload (different types of clients and reasons for consultation);
  • Monday to Friday schedule (day and evening shifts);
  • Working with an amazing interdisciplinary team as passionate as you are.

What we are looking for in a profile:

  • Hold one of the following job titles: social worker, psychologist, psychoeducator, psychotherapist, and/or sexologist;
  • Master's degree in your field or in a related field to mental health;
  • Active member of your professional order in Quebec, related to your diploma;
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience;
  • Ability to handle crisis or high-risk situations such as suicidal or homicidal risk, domestic violence, child protection, public protection;
  • Fluency in French is a prerequisite.
