Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking an Intermediate Program Manager, for one of our key clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management roles, with a focus on technology transitions;
  • Proven experience in managing vendor/workforce technology transitions;
  • Strong background in coordinating and reviewing technology processes;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software;
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technology operations;
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; and
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:

  • Coordinating Internal Technology Groups:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal technology teams during the transition process; and
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different technology groups to ensure alignment and effective transition planning.
  • Reviewing Technology Group Processes:
    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of current technology processes and workflows; and
    • Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building Technology Transition Requirements and Timelines:
    • Develop detailed transition requirements and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
    • Ensure that all transition plans are well-documented and communicated to relevant parties; and
    • Monitor progress against the timeline and make adjustments as necessary to keep the transition on track.
  • Assisting in Building Business Case:
    • Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather data and insights for developing business cases; and
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of business cases to senior management, highlighting the benefits, costs, and risks associated with the transition.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timeline and budget; and
    • Use project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with the technology transition and develop mitigation strategies; and
  • Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
