Compensation is paid per hour worked, with yearly bonuses, allowances and cost of living adjustments. Increases in compensation are achieved through performance and progressing through our unique pay band structure. We also provide in-house wellness privileges, a health spending account, and extended health benefits that cover drugs and dental. Requirements :
  • Must be a member of the CMTO
  • Must have an interest in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation
  • Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development
  • Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills
  • Be able to provide social media and blog content
