Votre travail- Anticiper les besoins de nos clients et toujours leur accorder la priorité dans toutes vos actions;
- Former, diriger et motiver les collègues pour obtenir des résultats et promouvoir leur croissance;
- Assurer le respect des normes opérationnelles et de mise en marché;
- Rendre des comptes pour les résultats des ventes départementales et les objectifs financiers.
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour le service à la clientèle et la fidélisation des clients;
- La préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant une expérience antérieure spécifique au département;
- Capacité à créer un environnement de travail positif en entretenant des relations amicales avec les collègues et en suscitant leur participation;
- Expérience en gestion dans le commerce de détail ou dans le secteur des services alimentaires;
- Disponibilité pour travailler le soir, les fins de semaines et les jours fériés dans un environnement syndiqué.
