Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the Construction Yard Driver/Labourer will be responsible for deliveries of equipment, material and tools to various construction sites/offices as well as general labour at the Yard. This position is located out of the Equipment Yard.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Delivering, loading and unloading equipment, material, and tools to construction sites.
  • Performing daily inspections of tools, materials and equipment yard.
  • Inventory control of equipment, material and tools.
  • Assisting with general Yard operations.
  • Maintenance of equipment and tools including troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
  • General Yard clean up.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Class 5 drivers license is required with the ability to pull a trailer within class 5 limitations.
  • Willingness to obtain class 3 license within 6 months upon hire is required.
  • Experience using ratchet straps/bungees.
  • Experience working with equipment such as skid-steer and small hand tools is required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Computer skills are considered an asset.
