About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to be part of the team developing and maintaining digital sales solutions for private customers across the Nordics. 

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our business objectives . You will work closely with other developers and business stakeholders, mentor developers and contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and lead the design and implementation of high-quality software solutions based on If ’s reference architecture.

  • Drive the development of scalable and maintainable code.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.

  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practice

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.

  • Work with continuous delivery as the main principle, where accountability for delivery is shared in the team.

Who are you?

  • Academic/university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced environment with minimum 5 years of development experience on a relevant tech stack

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET

  • Proficiency in database design and SQL

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

  • CI/CD tooling framework (Azure DevOps)

  • Knowledge of cloud azure platform

  • Infrastructure as code with Bicep, Arm, etc.

You also have :

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluency in English
