The Position
Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Technology Services Group.

Our Business Analysts demonstrate a high level of technical, industry knowledge, and skills, working on various end-to-end business analysis assignments as part of our technology advisory and implementation support work across industries.
You are ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. You are confident, ambitious and have the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing needs and environments while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead, participate and oversee overall end-to-end business analysis activities in support of Technology-related projects and programs
- Support analysis and documentation efforts related to story maps, user stories, business requirement documents, use cases, requirements management plans, requirements traceability, etc.
- Participate in project planning and administration. This includes creating metrics, progress reports, client briefings, presentations, deliverables, and recommendation documents
- Support the identification of project issues and risks, and the preparation of mitigation plans
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a BA and/or BSA, supporting Technology-related projects and programs, is required
- Prior experience in data-oriented requirements gathering and working with data team is considered a strong asset
- Analytical, problem solving, and evaluation skills
- Consulting and client relationship management skills
- Communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to present ideas and recommendations to various stakeholders, is required
- Experience across multiple delivery methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile) is considered a strong asset
- Previous technology advisory and management consulting experience, is considered a strong asset
- Project management experience is considered a strong asset
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
- Innovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
- Required Education: Related University Degree
- Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, CBAP, PMP, or other relevant designations (e.g., technology certifications); or equivalent experience
