We're currently looking for a skilled Quantitative Analyst who can articulate complex concepts, present data effectively, and develop comprehensive testing frameworks.Key Responsibilities Include:Articulating complex concepts and findings, crafting narratives tailored for diverse senior management audiences through emails, meetings, and various committee engagements.Delivering data and validation results effectively to support decision-making processes within respective committees.Preparing comprehensive decks, memos, and slides for presentation at committee meetings.Utilizing advanced statistical and mathematical techniques proficiently in validation activities.Developing and implementing robust testing frameworks compliant with regulatory guidelines.Identifying limitations and implementing controls to mitigate inherent model risks effectively.Validating complex models, including but not limited to Pricing, VaR, Compliance, Market, and Liquidity risk.Reviewing and resolving findings on models in alignment with regulatory requirements.Maintaining meticulous reports on validations conducted, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.Conducting risk assessment testing and engaging in discussions with relevant stakeholders.Your Qualifications:Master’s Degree in STEM sciences (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics)5-7 years of relevant experience in model validation/model development and quantitative financeKnowledge of programming languages (Python, R, SAS)Project management skills and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry.
