Our client operates global markets and builds digital communities and analytic solutions and is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer

About the Opportunity

Stephen manages the infra group team, Windows, virtualization, IT infrastructure, etc. Works closely with Jeremy who is the hiring manager away for Pat leave. They are currently implementing new systems for monitoring and Splunk Observability implementation is ongoing. The role will be focused on keeping the lights on and actually deploying Splunk Observability, supporting auxiliary monitory system, Grafana - metrics and reporting, for cloud – AWS cloud watch, etc. They are also busy with acquisition and mergers hence onboarding new organizations and integration is also going to be important where one will work on. They have a dedicated cloud team and trying to integrate traditional IT team and cloud team.

About You

Splunk Observability piece is the most important requirement. AWS Cloud Watch. Good exp with AWS. Experience with OTEL.

Nice to Haves: Multiple Spunk certification. AWS certificates.
