About Photon etc.En plus de contribuer directement aux ventes de l’entreprise, le ou la scientifique d'application participe activement à la stratégie et à la création de nouvelles solutions d’imagerie dans le domaine des matériaux avancés. Ce poste relève de la direction des ventes et du marketing.
Le scientifique d’application travaille main dans la main avec l’équipe de physiciens, de chef d’équipe et de concepteurs afin de suggérer la meilleure solution possible aux clients de Photon etc.
Développe et maintient une véritablecollaboration avec les clients dans le but de comprendre leurs besoinsen sciences des matériaux – évaluation de projets et création de devis ;
Fait de la prospection active pour aller chercher de nouveaux comptes clients;
Met à jour le CRM et ses opportunités en cours (tâches, prochaine étape, fermeture d’opportunité, rapport) ;
Agit de façon proactive en développement des affaires pour assurer la progression de la technologie ;
Assure une vigie de la concurrence et des innovations émergentes ;
Aide et supporte la planification stratégique;
Participe/organise des foires et missions commerciales à l’international;
Crée du contenu de marketing scientifique (webinaire, note d’application, etc.) ;
Réalise des preuves de concepts pour des clients potentiels ou dans le but de développer de nouvelles applications.
Possède un diplôme d’études du cyclesupérieur dans un domaine des sciences des matériaux (p. ex. géniephysique, physique, etc.) ;
Êtes stimulé par l’atteinte d’objectifs de ventes, la création de nouveaux comptes clients et de marchés ;
Être sociable, à l’écoute et aimer discuter avec des chercheurs locaux et internationaux ;
Avoirdu leadership, de l’initiative, être débrouillard pour résoudre desproblèmes complexes et faire preuve de tacts face à des situationsdélicates;
Sait planifier et organiser son travail en établissant clairement les priorités
Bilinguisme oral et écrit ;
Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en vente technique, plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de l’optique et la photonique.
- Avoir une connaissance des outils et processus de ventes (p. ex.: CRM, appel d’offre) ;
- Avoirfait de la recherche dans le domaine de la matière condensé, duphotovoltaïque (atout) ou avoir une bonne connaissance des méthodes despectroscopie et d’optique pour la caractérisation des nouveauxmatériaux (solaire, nanomatériaux, etc.);
- Connaissance en microscopie et en imagerie hyperspectrale.
Poste permanent à 37,5 h/semaine ;
