Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Assist customers with product information and recommendations- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs- Maintain customer accounts and records accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes is a plus

Skills:

- Heavy equipment operation- Order picking- Order fulfillment- Warehouse distribution- Mechanical knowledge- Warehouse management system- Forklift operation- Shipping and receiving procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.30-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 52 per week
