Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate, assemble, disassemble and clean equipment as required
  • Follow formulation sheets and procedures
  • Perform analytical tests as required
  • Report observations related to texture and flavor
  • Maintain equipment and manage consumable supplies within the areas
  • Keep all client project information confidential
  • Ability to lift 20 kg
  • Ability to stand for 6 hours per day
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients and coworkers
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree related to the food industry, culinary education or Grade 12 equivalent education
