Akkodis is currently searching for an IT Security Vulnerability Assessment Specialist for a contract within Ottawa for a Government of Canada client.Job Summary:The IT Security VA Specialist will spearhead vulnerability assessments for laptops and desktops, analyze technical findings, and offer strategic recommendations within a primarily Azure Cloud based environment.The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:Currently holds a valid Level 2: Secret clearance issued by the Federal Government of Canada.Specialized in conducting Vulnerability Assessments and scans using IBM/HCI App Scan.Ability to analyze security/vulnerability assessments or scans and provide recommendations.10+ years of relevant IT Security experienceThe following requirements would be considered an asset:Post-secondary degree or diploma in sciences, engineering, or IM/IT related studiesCertificate relevant to the positionAll candidates must possess a current and valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret or higher.
